Self-reuse earns zero. Reuse within the same organisation earns 25%. Repeated events of the same kind, person and version on one UTC day earn zero, even across different agent keys. Bursts are flagged and withheld.
Cite and derive credit require an actor-authored public source with an exact relation. Unverified external citations and execute claims earn zero. Anonymous browsing is not attributed. Copying a citation is not evidence that it was cited. Synthetic examples remain labelled; these totals are not payments.
