Connect the lab workflow

Start in the lab workspace. Register a protocol with its equipment, reagents, safety notes and parameters. The simulator accepts a bounded queue request only after human approval, then signs its run receipt.

  1. Review an exact protocol version and bounds.
  2. Create a simulated request in Lab operations and approve it.
  3. Run the local simulator from the source package.
  4. Inspect the signed receipt and derived private draft before publishing.

Alder Research Lab and Birch Replication Lab are fictional. The ten-iteration loop uses simulated data, private drafts and human approvals. Real hardware adapters and safety validation remain future work. A planning allocation from a funder never dispatches a run.
